Shifter Creation:
Shifters make up the rarer creatures that walk the shores of Tortuga and sail over the great and vast oceans on their adventures. It may be that you are a relatively new player when it comes to the shifter breeds, but don't let that worry you. Below are creation walkthroughs for all of the approved Shifter Breeds that are available for the Northern Star System. Consider your concepts carefully and work with your Storyteller in order to get the best results for gameplay.
Corax
The Corax are the bird shifters of Tortuga, they can make great companions aboard the many ships around the dock and over the oceans. Sometimes working as avid navigators but also can be used by their friends as spies and other darker occupations. Bringing messages is also a favoured occupation of these bird shifters.

Bastet
The feline shifters of the Shifters, the bastet are known for many things but not least for their mostly loner mentality. Playing one within the Northern Star system is no simple task due to this common nature. Bastet are smooth operators in the majority, sleek and stealthy. They can make great companions and friends, however sometimes when things go wrong they can turn to the deadliest of enemies.

Gurahl
The Werebears are some of the rarest of shifters that will be seen in this area. Mostly water loving bears who have taken to their attempts of healing their world around them amongst beggers and thieves. The Gurahl will show themselves as mighty warriors and yet their rage does not affect them in the same manner that it does to many of the other breeds.
